By confirming your purchase, you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between Spadework and yourself.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:

· You and your party visit the site at your own risk.

· Spadework is not liable for any injuries or accidents to visitors while on site, or for the accidental loss or damage of personal belongings.

· Entry is only valid when your Spadework ticket barcode is presented, either printed or on your smart device.

· Walk-ins may be permitted at our discretion and subject to availability.

· Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

· If Spadework has to close for any reason (including severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues), your tickets will be refunded in full.

· Spadework is a real working site. Ground may be uneven or muddy, particularly in the pumpkin fields. Please wear suitable footwear and take care.

· Spadework reserves the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if rules are broken or behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

· Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is only permitted in designated areas on site.

· Dogs are welcome in the PYO Pumpkin Garden and the main Spadework site but they must be kept on a lead at all times.

· Only assistance dogs are allowed inside the Farm Shop and Café.

· Spadework is committed to making our events accessible.

· The PYO Pumpkin Garden, Main Spadework Site and toilets are step-free and wheelchair accessible.

· Accessible parking bays are available near the entrance.

· If you require additional assistance during your visit, please speak to a member of staff on arrival.
